There are few stories more enjoyable to write than when a story combines baseball and professional wrestling. However, this story kind of chaps my ass.

It’s been reported by various outlets that New York Yankees’ 3B Alex Rodriguez is now dating former WCW and WWE wrestler Torrie Wilson. The two have been spotted in Cabo and most recently in Boise, ID over Christmas. To see a jackass like ARod date a top-10 wrestling diva is disappointing.

I can certainly see ARod being interested in Wilson (who wouldn’t?) because he tends to go with the athletic type, but this is certainly a step up for Wilson. Wilson was once married to Billy Kidman, who was nothing more than a jobber in WCW and then she was dating “Mitch” of the Spirit Squad in WWE. Dating Mitch of the Spirit Squad is the equivalent of dating one of the Mean Street Posse or like one Barry Horowitz. Just terrible.

Here are my top-5 females in wrestling:

1. Maryse – French accent put her over the top
2. Stacey Keibler – I actually thought he was hotter in WCW as Ms. Hancock
3. Ms. Elizabeth – Got better with age and when I met her at a Nitro show in Hartford in 1998, she was 10 times hotter in person.
4. Lacey Von Erich – The daughter of Kerry Von Erich and she is smoking hot. Too bad her attitude supposedly sucks, which is why she never lasted long in WWE or TNA. If you have never seen her before, check out this video.
5. Sunny – Now she is a mess, but in her prime in the mid-90′s, she was at the top of the mountain. She might have looked her best when she managed the Smoking Gunns.
