According to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports, the Toronto Blue Jays have signed former Cincinnati Reds closer Francisco Cordero to a one-year, $4.5 million contract today. Update: Major League Baseball has reinstated Manny Ramirez according to Buster Olney. Ramirez will have to serve a 50-game suspension if he makes a Major League roster.
