Offensively, the Royals have a dual power threat in Eric Hosmer and Mike Moustakas. Hosmer is batting .323 with 24 home runs and 87 RBI, while Moustakas has hammered 36 home runs. Salvadaor Perez and White Murrifield have added to the mix with 25 home runs and 17 home runs, respectively. Lorenzo Cain is another to watch, batting .300 with 24 stolen bases.

Jose Abreu leads the White Sox attack with a .306 average, 31 home runs and 98 RBI. Avisail Garcia has been a nice compliment to Abreu, batting .333 with 17 home runs and 77 RBI. Other worth noting is Matt Davidson (25 home runs) and Tim Anderson (16 home runs and 13 stolen bases).

Cut to the Chase Prediction

The Royals have something to play for, while the White Sox could be packing it in early. Expect two out of three wins with a possible sweep for the Royals.
